Night / Waking Night Support
Our Night and Waking Night Support service provides reassurance, safety, and responsive care during overnight hours for individuals who require monitoring, practical assistance, or emotional support through the night. We recognise that needs do not end in the evening, and uninterrupted, consistent care is often essential to maintaining wellbeing, reducing anxiety, and preventing crisis situations.
Support is tailored to individual needs and may include assistance with personal care, medication prompts, mobility support, reassurance following waking episodes, behavioural support, and proactive monitoring of health or safety concerns.
This service is particularly beneficial for individuals with complex needs, age-related conditions, or those at risk of falls, wandering, or distress during the night.
We work collaboratively with carers to understand pressures, reduce stress, and strengthen support arrangements around the individual. Services are flexible and responsive, whether families need occasional relief, regular planned respite, guidance, or crisis support.
Our support ensures: improved safety, better sleep routines, reduced family stress, and continuity of care across a full 24-hour period.
